Liverpool agree £125m Isak deal with Newcastle





Liverpool have agreed a £125m fee with Newcastle to sign Alexander Isak.


Sources close to the deal have told BBC Sport that an agreement for the Sweden international to join the Anfield club is now in place.


Isak will undergo a medical on Monday ahead of signing a six-year deal at the club.


Liverpool had an original £110m offer rejected earlier this month but they are now set to land their first-choice target of the summer.

Isak leaves Liverpool training ground





We believe that Alexander Isak has now left Liverpool's training ground - a blacked-out vehicle believed to be carrying him departed through the main gates a short while ago.


The centre forward spent around three hours inside as the final formalities of the deal - contract signing, photography session etc - were likely wrapped up.


After completing his record-breaking move, Isak will travel to Sweden to join up with his national team ahead of their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
